Fearful Child - Fire
Fire is asking you to write. When we are in a space of utter panic and fear writing is probably the last thing on our minds. However, writing can draw us into a left brain space of logical thinking which may help to calm anxiety, while at the same time giving you an opportunity to express your emotions in a healthy creative way. Write poetry that communicates the energy of your emotions. Develop a fantasy story that revolves around the fear you are feeling and how it is successfully overcome by your story’s hero. Write out questions to your spirit guides and angel helpers asking them for advice on what you’re going through, then imagine how they might respond to you and write down their advice. This is one of the best ways I have found to receive practical spirit guided advice for dealing with life’s most difficult problems. When you are in a space of creative expression you can then utilize your emotions in a beneficial healthy way.
