Fearful Child - Water

 

Water reminds you that nothing is truly as bad as it seems.  Even the most difficult hardships can be used as a learning experience.  Each challenge that we are faced with in life comes with all the necessary elements needed in order to resolve those issues and make the best of that situation.  If you are feeling overwhelmed with fear allow those fears to be washed away with self-love.  Trust that you are always doing your best and that the strength you need to move forward will always be available to you for each step of the way.  Trust in the process of letting go and giving up control.  Often our fears are most intense when we are trying to control an outcome.  When we let go and trust that all will work itself out in time we can feel an incredible sense of relief.  Meditation can be used as a wonderful tool to bring us back into emotional alignment with our highest and best selves.  Don’t hold onto the fears, but instead allow the energies to flow through the body and then let them flow out to be washed away downstream. Visualize yourself being reborn with full and complete confidence, courage and trust that you can handle whatever situation comes your way.
