In August of 2019, I took a sacred cross-country road trip that began in Hawai‘i and carried me through some of the most energetically potent sites in the United States. I traveled from the towering Redwood forests of Northern California to the mystical heights of Mt. Shasta, then up to the crystal-clear majesty of Crater Lake in Oregon, one of the most pristine bodies of water I’ve ever experienced.
From there, my journey led me to Yellowstone, where I witnessed the power of Old Faithful and felt the ancient presence of the buffalo roaming freely across the land. I continued on to the breathtaking Grand Tetons, the expansive beauty of the Rocky Mountains, through the cornfields of the Midwest, and finally returned home to Ohio.
At every sacred site along this journey, I spoke Language of Light, channeling the frequencies of the land and the Spirit Beings who guard and guide these spaces. It was during this time that I was inspired to create what I now call the Language of Light Grid, a sacred vibrational energy network anchored into the Earth through three Mother Pyramids: a powerful orgonite pyramid from Hawai‘i, another from Ohio, and a large quartz crystal I acquired in North Carolina.
These three anchors formed the foundation of a nationwide energetic grid attuned to the clear vibrational frequencies of each sacred location I visited. Since its creation, I’ve continued to expand the grid, anchoring new frequencies from key energy centers such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Great Smoky Mountains, and Valley of Fire in Nevada, among others.
After creating the initial grid, I was guided to connect additional “child” stones, crystals, and pyramids that are attuned to the frequencies of the Language of Light Grid. These pieces carry the energetic imprint of the land, the messages received during those transmissions, and the high-vibrational essence of the grid itself.

The Meaning Behind the Stones
Each stone holds a unique crystalline structure, formed over time through Earth’s natural alchemy. That structure carries a distinct vibrational frequency, giving every stone its own energetic presence and purpose.
Many of these meanings have been passed down through generations, discovered through deep listening and spiritual attunement. But as we evolve, so too do the meanings and purposes of these beautiful gems. As human consciousness expands, so too does the energy of the stones. They are not static. They grow with us. Their frequencies shift and adjust in harmony with the energetic changes happening on the planet.
The meaning of each stone is not just about tradition, but about tuning in to the here and now. These stones and crystals still carry ancient wisdom that continues to resonate. They have also taken on new roles, revealing qualities and healing potentials that are aligned with the current moment we are living in.
The descriptions I share for each crystal are guided by both the historical insight passed down through generations AND the evolving frequencies of today’s world. I channel new information through a combination of meditative attunement, muscle testing, and direct energetic connection with each stone. For example, while Amethyst has long been known for its calming and balancing properties, I’ve recently channeled an emerging frequency that supports Spirit Guide connection and energetic timeline shifting. By weaving together the historical meanings and these newly channeled energies, my intention is to help you connect more deeply with the energy of each stone, to understand its TRUE essence, and to recognize how it may support you at this time in your life.

How I Receive the Messages
Each time I sit with a crystal or stone, I begin by tuning in energetically through quiet presence and deep listening. I clear my head, connect with Source, and center myself in love so I can receive on an energetic heart level with the frequency of the stone. Often, I hold the crystal in my hand as I invite its frequency to reveal itself. Occasionally, I place the crystal on my heart chakra or third eye to sense the vibrational frequency it is sending.
I use muscle testing as a tool to confirm the impressions I receive. This allows me to discern whether a message is resonant, accurate, and vibrating in harmony with love for that particular piece. Some stones communicate through imagery or sensations, while others speak through inner knowing or a phrase that forms in my awareness. Occasionally, I see colors, feel shifts in temperature, or sense emotional qualities that point to what the stone wants to offer.
What emerges is a blend of intuitive listening, energetic dialogue, and vibrational resonance confirmed through muscle testing. Through this, I am able to bring forward messages that are unique and personal to each person that is receiving their stone.
Every stone has something to say. My role is to listen and translate that message into something you can feel, understand, and connect with.

How I Choose the Stones
Every stone that I offer has been hand-selected through an intuitive, heart-centered process. I don’t choose crystals just because they are visually appealing or popular. I choose them because I can feel when they speak. I let my inner guidance lead the way. This guidance feels like a quiet knowing in my chest, a subtle magnetic pull that draws me in the right direction. Sometimes it comes with a soft sense of joy, like my heart is lighting up, or a sudden stillness that tells me to pay attention. It is gentle, but unmistakable.
Before choosing any stone, I take a quiet moment to center myself in love and connect through the heart space. I attune my energy to a state of openness and compassion, allowing the frequency of the stone to meet me where that heart resonance lives. Sometimes this happens as a sudden pull toward a tray or shelf. Other times, one specific crystal among many lights up in my awareness. I pause, feel into it, and let the energetic invitation guide my decision.
I also muscle test every crystal before bringing it into my collection. This gives me a clear confirmation that the frequency of the piece is aligned, resonant, and beneficial. I listen not only for what the stone carries, but also for who it might be for. There are times when I hear a message or feel a warmth in my hands, a quiet signal that the stone is already calling to someone who will soon find it.
This process ensures that every crystal in my collection is chosen with intention, love, and energetic integrity. Each one carries a story, a frequency, and a purpose. My role is to listen and bring them forward so they can find their next home.
How to Choose the Right Stone for You
Just as I listen when choosing the stones, you too can tune in to receive the one that is meant for you, even from a distance. Before making your selection, take a breath and soften your focus. Allow your heart to guide you rather than your mind. Notice which crystal you feel drawn to, even if you don't immediately know why.
Sometimes a stone will evoke a subtle feeling of recognition. Trust that. You may feel a gentle pull, a tingling in your hands, or a sense of calm wash over you. These are signs that your energy is resonating with the frequency of that crystal.
You can also set the intention to be shown the stone that will support your current journey. Simply ask within, "Which of these stones is aligned with me now?" Then observe what calls to you. The connection is already present and can be felt no matter where you are. Your stone is already waiting to be discovered.
