Alleviate
Spirit is asking you to alleviate fear and worry from your life. There are things that you focus your mind on that are not beneficial to your growth and stamina. As you move forward on your path these thoughts have become a hindering block for your personal growth and development. In order to come to a place where these doubts and fears no longer worry you, it is necessary to be able to focus and meditate on the joys and happiness in your life. By focussing and shifting your perspective from that which is causing fear and trepidation to that which is bringing you joy and happiness you will then begin to alleviate those fears in your life. It is impossible to ignore fear completely, however it IS possible to replace those fear thoughts with ones of peace, love and happiness. If you are finding it difficult to shift your perspective and focus then find a meditation practice that works for you and utilize those techniques to connect to the inner place of peace that resides within each of us.
